enable speedstep in vm?
Is it possible for a vm to control speedstep? im trying to run handbreak inside a windows vm and the processor seems just locked at 3.19 unless i turn on over clocking then its pegged at 5ghz. thank you im using a intel 12900k with msi meg z690 unify i have pstate set to adaptive and speedstep...- gjkrisa

IOMMU: difference between "/etc/kernel/cmdline" and "/etc/default/grub"
I had a roadblock today and figured it out, but I want to understand the difference. I configured now three systems with iommu and pci-passthrough.
