missing module

Hi, I'm maybe to at the right place, sorry in advance. I've installed pve-ha-simulator (apt install) on debian 12 and Mint 21 releases and both are ok with the installation, but both fail to start pve-ha-simulator, because the PVE::Notify module is missing ("Can't locate PVE/Notify.pm in @INC"...
