SCP Writing vmdk to local (pve)
I am attempting to copy a vmdk file to local-lvm which has over 1TB of free space. However, when doing so, it keeps writing to the local storage which is capped out at 100GB. Is there any way to make Proxmox skip the local storage space and make sure it writes to the local-lvm?- AllenJBlodgett

[SOLVED] local-lvm getting full.
Hi, my local-lvm is almost full and I don't know what to do to fix this. I still don't fully understand what local-lvm is or how it works, compared to "local" (which is cleared with no issues). I tried fstrim on all my VMs and Containers. That only freed about 10 GB out of what's being used -...- sherbmeister

Remove local-lvm (pve)
Hi guys. I have 3 drive on my Proxmox: 500GB SSD (Proxmox Install) 1TB NVMe (VMs) 500GB NVMe (VMs) I want to know if I can remove local-lvm (pve) to extend its capacity to my main local-lvm (pve) partition dive, so that i can store more backups on there as its running low.
