    j3455 with pve，cpu speed can not up to 2.3G

    my ASRock j3455 with PVE 5.4，cpu frequency only from 800Mhz to 1.5G，can not up to 2.3G，did pve support intel burst frequency？ how should i do to make it up to 2.3G ？
