iGPU pass through to LXC - Does this look right?

I have plex media server running in an LXC (privileged) on a 12th gen Intel NUC with Intel Iris XE iGPU. GPU passthrough seems to be working fine and hardware transcoding is technically working, however I'm having quality issues on endpoint devices. (The LXC is Ubuntu 22.10) The quality issues...
