GPU Passthrough - HPz640 - GTX1070Ti - Win11 - Error 43

Hello Config : HPz640 server GPUs (M4000 / GTX1070Ti) RAM : 32Gb Proxmox VE 8.3.0 I have setup the passthrough successfully for the M4000 but I have a weird issue with the GTX1070Ti. The GTX1070Ti is plugged to a monitor and worked, I can see the windows desktop, but in low res, in windows...
