crackling sound

Hi, I have my VM with GPU passthough, also added the internal mobo bluetooth as usb, everything is working fine, until i try to use the hands-free interface of my headphones, like when i try to use it on a zoom meeting or discord, i start getting crackling sound, impossible to understand...
