choppy

Hi!, I have some performance issues with Cyberpunk 2077 game, it has only 18-30 FPS / 10% cpu/gpu loading with GTX 1080 and 8 Ryzen 3700x cores, also Photoshop font transforms is very choppy, on bare metal everything work perfectly, any idea what the problem might be :rolleyes:? Configs...
