9070xt pcie-passthrough

Hi labs, Previously I passed mulitiple server GPUs like the tesla m40 and haven't tried much from consumer hardwares, so it came to me as a shock to find that PCIe passthrough isn't just the select from list and done like all I was doing. I am unable to find my 9070xt from the passthrough list...
