today i restarted one node of our proxmox cluster with pve 7.1-10. This node now has a empty /etc/pve directory. I dont see any reason for that. So my questions are:
1. Is it possible to debug / find the issue for that?
2. There is / was a VM with ID 100 with local storage on this...
after i installed Proxmox on an new Machine the Network connection make problems. I use the same ip that I used with the old one.
Now i can't connect to the host.
If i ping the host from another machine, the first ping is ok but after that all pings lost. I can ping my router from the host...
I'm trying to use cloud-init so I can setup k8s nodes much more quickly but the node I set it up on gets overwritten by cloud-init on reboot.
I followed this exactly - https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Cloud-Init_Support
I've done this many times before on PVE 6.x with no issues like this.
I'm using proxmox on my homelab for almost a year now. Yesterday I upgraded my two small hosts to 7.1-5 from 7.0-x.
A few minutes after the upgrade, I noticed that some of my VMs didn't respond. I checked the logs on both machines and got this:
Nov 19 23:33:37 bear pvestatd: VM 105...
