migrated esxi VM Boots to blank screen
The problem with Photon OS is the installed kernel. If you install it with the optimized-ESXi kernel, you'll have this error when migrate to Proxmox (obviously). My solution was to install the generic kernel before the migration.- albertososa

You're not alone! I've the same problem. I'm currently migrating my VMs from ESXi and Photon OS VMs doesn't boot. I tried same things as you without results. Did you solved it?- albertososa
