i think it has something to do with a driver conflict. The intel driver cannot start because another driver is conflicting. During installation of win10, which proxmox display setting did you use? default / std vga / spice / etc ?

Or something as NoMachine, VNC, Teamviewer to connect to the GVT-G display. This way you also have 3D acceleration.
