Just want to add my thanks to @LiloBzH for the idiot proof instructions. Apex had disappeared from /dev after the upgrade, but this fixed it without any other changes needing to be made.
As an FYI, I've just upgraded to PVE 8.1 and it broke the corel install on teh hypervisor. Apparently there are no drivers for kernel 6.2 or 6.5 yet, so I'd hold off on updating for now if I were you.
