    How can I export a Virtual Machine from VirtualBox to Proxmox?

    I can't use filezilla because I use proxmox at work and I have a very slow connection that fails some times. I have a "virtualmachinenama".img in a external memory. How can I export it by using comands in the server and using the GUI of Proxmox?

    I can do this without using ISP, filezilla and others? Because I use proxmox at work and I have a very slow connection (and it fails some times). How can I do it by using comands in the servers? (sorry for my bad english)
