I found the pricing sheet from another post. If I get the Standard package for around $450.00 can I get a Proxmox team member to remote in and look through to troubleshoot some issues?
I have a series of issues that I need to work out. Is there any way I can get temporary support from a subscription and where can I go to check the pricing and get started? Once we have the issue resolved I will need to end subscription service depending on the cost.
