Well!!
In this case the error is caused by trying to use an external hard drive mount in /mnt ,which had suffered a power failure.
I think this error is not the cause of kernel panic.
Continue to test. ;)

The problem occurs when the bridge automatically start, if you config the bridge manually working properly.
manually change / etc / network / interfaces
example:
# network interface settings
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet static
85.25.x.x address...
