    SATA or SSD for installing Proxmox?

    Hi everybody! My question is the following, I use proxmox + ceph, all VMs are on Ceph. I'm currently using SSD for Proxmox VE, and NVME for Ceph, if I replace the SSD with HardDisk SATA, will I lose performance on VMs?

I have a 10gb network and SSD's, but it didn't give a good performance, on the contrary, customers complained about slowness using CEPH. What could cause this slowness in reading...
