the problem was the vrack is assigned only to one of network devices and RIPE block was assigned to vrack in eno2 device so I had to create a vmbr1 bridged in eno2.

I have the same problem. Yesterday I installed ceph in my first node, today when I've try to install in the second node I've found the same problem. If I try to install any package of ceph it happens the same. apt-get install ceph-mon Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree...
