I have vz containers of centos 5.11. we installed proxmox 5. is there any detailed instruction how to import those containers and run them under proxmox 5? it's installed on a debian 9.

i want to do a fresh install of the server and install proxmox 5 with debian 9 can i take the openvz containers of the v3 and use it on v5? it was previously installed on a debian 7 i cant take the backups from the webinterface because the upgrade caused problems now i cant access it
