    Not really cool workaround but I will try it in a couple days and will report back - But why would it make a difference for one VM over the others which currently do not have that problem at all? I mean it's still using the same Hardware/Software/Settings....

    Yeah, it sounds like it, but it certainly is not the case. It's a newly created vlan without dhcp and former use, so, nope.
