    I tell you only VirtIO device for the VM(driver 0.1.141) . my vm works for half of year now. E1000 and latest virtio-win drivers in Windows have bug .I am not good at English.

    you can try set the disk discard option and use fstrim in guest. for thin-provisioned the disk.
