SolusVM is aware of the IP addresses it can hand out to servers. In its database are IPv4 addresses and IPv6 /64s. These IP's are placed in a group where you can specify the default gateway, subnet and nameservers. These groups are assigned to physical servers.

We're not a customer yet but we might make the switch from SolusVM to Proxmox. We use Netbox to manage our prefixes and reservations and we have delegated the assignment of individual IP addresses to SolusVM.
