    I did the same tweaks from Thomas Krenn. And hope it fixes it. Perhaps now, that kernel 6.11 is out, there is a chance that 6.10 comes to Proxmox.

    I recently installed a fresh Win11 and with this tweaks it is superfast. Explorer 1 sec Windows Store 1 Sec Firefox 1 sec to open. Did you set the energy profile to high? We could also continue in german.

    I am not the creator, I can only tell it works. Espacially on 2022 Servers and Win11 VMs. But also on Windows 10 the Network Speed in the VMs has changed.
