I tried it but it didn't produce any output.

The checksum thing may have been the issue. The .iso I was originally using didn't match the hash value for the version. Re-downloaded it and now it's installing. Although, it is extremely slow. CPU running at 100%.

I believe that's because I set KVM hardware virtualization to No in the Options tab for my VM. If I leave it as Yes it won't start and says Error: No accelerator found!
