VM100 is the one giving me trouble. It's a Sophos UTM and it is ext4 file system.
Here is the smart info for SDA below.. I'll try booting from a ubuntu liveCD and running e2fsck again.

I've been having some problems with my filesystem and getting the following syslog message after booting.

I'm new to proxmox and LVM file systems so I'm not sure the best way to address this is...
