ok this is what i did, i edited the /etc/apt/sources.list and commented out the lines that were in there and put in this:
deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian stretch main contrib

if i try to install anything i get this
root@pve:~# apt-get install proxmox-ve

I have upgraded from 4.4.1 to 5.0 and now i can not go to the website and none of the vms are working. SSH works. I can ping the server and ping other pcs from the server and i can ping websites.
Any ideas on how to fix?.
