migration 4.1 qcow2 to 4.2
hi can not be transferred qcow2 to new 4.2. old HDD is qcow2 file with 4.1,and new SSD is 4.2,but I do not know where to put the file qcow2,because in put standart directory /vz does not work. please help me thank you- drobicek

NOT install to SSD NVMe
Hello, I can not install Proxmox 4.1 ISO to Intel SSD 750 Series NVMe PCIe SSD / Solid State Drive 800 gigabytes, there is a solution? Mainboard is supermicro X10SDV-4C-TLN4F. Thank you- drobicek
