Thanks Wolfgang. That was the solution. Didn't know that i have to allow NDP manually. EDIT: I used the GUI to change default input policy.

Hello. I have an Proxmox4 Cluster with 3 Nodes connected with OpenvSwitch bridge. A IPv4 Failover subnet and several IPv6 subnets gets routed to the vm's connected via ovs-bridge. Firewall is activated and i would like to change default input policy to "DROP", but if i do so i can't ping IPv6...

I switched tunnel type to VXLAN, which works with the default firewall-rules.

Hello Dietmar. No, it does not work either with GRE-Tunneling, but how do i modify the default rules in general? I would like to use the firewall-feature, but if i enable the firewall openvswitch over GRE stops working. Do you have any helpful idea for me? Regards, Oliver

As told here: https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/proxmox-4-lxc-chroot-instead-of-raw-images.22881/ It's possible by using the cli tool pct and setting disk-size to zero. I'm currently trying this out with glusterfs but have no results yet.
