Hi.
Updated yesterday to 4.4-1 from 4.3-x.
Everything went well except that I have noticed that Disk IO graphs for LXC containers are no longer updated at all.
I have tried the obvious, e.g 'service pvestatd restart' but it didn't help.
There are no errors in logs indicating any problems for...
For a FreeBSD guest using virtio drivers I always disable checksum offloading. Otherwise I am seeing poor performance or in certain situations packets may get corrupt and odd things happen.
ifconfig virtio0 -rxcsum -txcsum
I also like to disable segment offloading:
ifconfig virtio0 -tso -lro...
Is it a bug per se? I've been using Proxmox 4 since the betas and it has never shown graphs for LXC containers. I assumed it's not yet implemented according to this: https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/show_bug.cgi?id=670

Just created a ZFS mount and Dataset. I have also added a new NFS share for this ZFS DataSet. The GUI for permissions in FreeNAS is exactly the same for ZFS and UFS, so the settings I used are the ones I pasted 2 posts above. (For zfs nfs sharing options I used 'Mapall user: root' and...
Thank you. I will probably setup a ZFS share for testing soon to check it out. The hardware I have at the moment is pretty barebones so I have sticked with UFS, but as you said the UFS sharing options are very limited compared to a ZFS share. I hope that's what's causing the problem. I will let...
No, it's an UFS mount. I will be switching to ZFS mount once I get the necessery hardware. So far I am testing things with a UFS mount.
I will write down the permissions that I have set in FreeNAS:
Storage tab:
(UFS) /mnt/hdd
Owner (user): root
Owner (group): wheel
Permission type: Unix

Bumping the thread since I have exactly the same problem. Everything else in Proxmox (3.2.4) works fine. The last and only issue I have is creating OpenVZ containers on a FreeNAS 9.2.16 NFS Share. The log errors are similar to that of the OP.
Creating container private area...
