Windows 8 and newer require NX flag to be present in CPU, so I guess kvm64 cpu type propagates this from host to VM (CoreInfo program on Windows 7 guest detected that this flag is missing).

Today I've tried to install Windows Server 2012R2 Standard x64 on my Proxmox server and even trying flags mentioned earlier I still get bootloop with 0x000000C4 error (I'm not 100% sure if it is always the same error code, because it's rebooting so quickly :/ ).

Yes, I do, with virtio Balloning Driver & installed service.
UPDATE:
I've disabled balloning and now it's about 6-15% with SQL :) I think that solves the problem.

Yes, I use Proxmox 3.1, with all updates.
10 minutes after turning off all SQL services the average CPU usage is slightly smaller, but those System process spikes still exists:

Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to work on SQL 2012, as I've added this option to Startup parameters beforme my OP (stats in OP are with this parameter and several VM reboots).
Although, I can't add this parameter in Advanced tab, so I've did it like this...
