same for me first it look for modules at wrong place
FATAL: Could not load /lib/modules/2.6.32-1-pve/modules.dep: No such file or directory
i made symlink for 32-3 with 32-1 then there are some errors with module tun
And going back to main question , I ran some tests and for me it hangs only when i have -smp enabled without guest starts with no problem (20 stops and starts)
I dont want to start guest with -smp. Is there a way to do this , comment lines in qm.pm or anything else.
Thx for info , an question can i expect solution or you just dont support win2008-32 ?

It's not, guest hangs during first boot , have to stop it via web or cmd line and boots correctly during second boot, but performace is degraded, with 1 socket and 4 cores it boots without problem, without -smp also no problems with boooting

after upgrading to newest proxmox with ksm we've noticed increased load on host about 2 times more than before,. Top shows that ksmd eats abou 40-50 % of CPU.
4 x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5405 @ 2.00GHz
4GB RAM
Hardware raid5 SAS disks

I have similar problem host proxmox 1.5 2.6.32 guest w2k8 32bit , clock in windows slows down slowly on start its 10 sec after 24h its about 1 min.
