Thank you! I finally got it to work fine !!
What i did:
- apt-get update and apt-get dist-upgrade
By doing this it restarted everything without rebooting the server and now it is working fine.
Just in case it happend to me again and there is no new updates.. how will be able to solve...
This is what i get with pveversion -v :

/etc/init.d/pve-manager restart
/etc/init.d/pve-cluster restart
And still the same, then :
cman_tool join -c CLUSTER_NAME
And that is what i get:
cman tool not joining, conf fail...

It happened to me that the node i have with proxmox get disconected without any error in syslog. It appears as a server with a red led and i cant create Containers, BUT i can acces those which are already created. So.. everything works fine but i cant manage my services via proxmox...
