The Proxmox server is an HP SE1101 with dual Intel L5420 processors. From what I can find the L5420 supports virtualization, but I'm not certain the BIOS is set up correctly, will have to check it on Monday.

I am a linux noob...and ProxMox noob.
Proxmox is installed, uploaded the server 2003 iso. Set up the VM, but it won't start.
