I apologize if this is a rookie question. I did search the forums in advance. For some reason when I go to stand up a new VM in 4.2 the option to choose QCOW2 is no longer available. I can see it, but it is grayed out. Is QCOW2 no longer an option? Thanks

I apologize if this is a rookie mistake. PVE installed and I can get to the web interface without issue. Can get to SSH without issue. At SSH, logged in as ROOT, when I enter PVECA, I get a "Command Not Found". I searched around and it's nowhere on the OS. If this is documented, I couldn't...
