Check, did you have fqdn hostname in /etc/hosts file with correct ip.

Certificate was created by hostname - CN field in cert file. Try dpkg-reconfigure pve-manager Maybe cert file will be recreated for new hostname.

When the bug will be fixed I can correct this error on my machine by aptitude update & aptitude upgrade?
