I got access to a windows 7 laptop, and the upload speeds are now normal on google chrome. There must be some type of bug between the proxmox server and mac osx lion. This has me wondering if it has someting to do with the fact that I have not yet gotten a certificate for it.

My "beta testing server" was running 1.9. When I went to upload a file, it would take a while for a 4GB file, but not all that long (maybe 15 mins). I have upgraded to 2.0-27, and now I am waiting on a 3.6GB file to upload. The upload has gone 681MB in the past hour, and it does not look like it...
