all LAN ports stopped working

all my LAN ports entered blocking state, disabled state and forwarding state, and promiscuous mode due to which I cannot connect between all the local PCs. I got a USB wifi and lan dongle both are detected but i cannot find a way to connect to the netork.wifi dongle connection screenshot above...
