What is "kvm: Desc next is 3" indicative of?
Just to report, we had this issue recently on a windows server 2022. The solution was to use the virtio driver 0.1.204. In this link there are reports that version 0.1.229 also solves the problem. https://github.com/virtio-win/kvm-guest-drivers-windows/issues/756- vargasgv
