So after moving the computer from the garage to the kitchen seemed to solve the problem (or lessening it). The computer is on for two days. If anyone has any idea what might be going on lemme know.

Ok. Yesteraday I tried using an older kernel and disabled pvesr.service. Still crashed but at least I managed to reduce the clutter in my logs. Here is the last 40min of the logs before the reboot:
