the interface itself didn't have an IP but the bridge did. Is that what you're asking?

It was super odd considering i didn't touch much before the restart. I removed an bridge that only had 1 nic attached to it that none of the lx/vms were using then did a restart then boom everything started working. I'm going to chalk this up as user error somewhere.
