Same here!) Had it working but messed it up...
Audiobookshelf runs as user "audiobookshelf" UID:999 GID:996 !
So maybe adding this user to group 10000 is enough?! (Use the groupID you mounted the share with!)
Also you need to change ownership of all the subfolders recursively.
chown -R :groupID...
