Dell T340 same problem, same NIC

After update I get the bellow message and it freezes. Dell T430 - E-2288G - H730P Reverting back to 6.2 works.

20+ servers with tdp_mmu=N and no crashes, definitely other problem.

After changing power plan in windows from balanced to performance I reached 3 days uptime, I will update if there are changes.

I am on 5.15.35-2 did an apt update and its all up to date. Did you manually install 5.15.35-5 ?
