New proxmox server and I did a fresh install of Ubuntu in a VM. Two extremely weird things happening now;
1: After proxmox reboots the Ubuntu VM will not boot citing a kernel panic, pic below. Once I roll back to a snapshot it is fine again for many VM reboots and I think everything is happy...
