Failed Online Migration

I am new to this Proxmox stuffs. Can anyone help me solving my problem here? I am having 2 Clusters already, and would like to do online migration from one cluster to the other. However, on the log it shows 'Failed to sync data - can't do online migration - VM uses local disks' I have read...
