Can't Boot Installer, No Video Out - Threadripper 3960x + TRX40D8-2N2T

I've pretty successfully setup Proxmox on multiple machines so I've troubleshooted Proxmox before, but I've never had this much trouble with just booting the ISO. This is a Debian specific kernel level issue, I know, because Ubuntu 24.04 Server live disk gets through, but Debian 12 and Proxmox...
