I'm experiencing the same thing. There's something strange going on with Proxmox 9.1.1, and for some reason, my IOPS jumps to 500%. I haven't found a solution. The actual disk is fast, but slower than Proxmox :D I think there's something wrong, a bug. By the way, I've formatted it 14 times.
