Yes, i updated afterwards and i'm always rebooting after kernel update. There was NO kernel update involved last night and my server came not up again. I had so switch it ON with physical power button. I will observe situation and keep post updated.

I had same issue and solved it by enabling "keyctl" and "nestig". It's a temporary solution...
