Proxmox and Synology/BTRFS vm disk dissapeared

Hi, after looking for a while on the matter i'm looking for help on this forum please. Bear with me on explaning the matter, and hopefully maybe i could get some solution on this. I have proxmox installed , 3 nodes. Ceph pool where all VM disks are stored and backed up. Except it seems for one...
