Can't see USB Capture Card USB Controller Pass-through disabled dGPU Post

Hi I am trying to pass-through my EVGA XR1 Lite USB Type-C Capture card and it does not matter what port I use Type-A or Type-C it will not show up in the Windows machine. I have tried to pass-through the USB controller but it seems I am successful in doing that but my passed through GPU...
