restore LXC to a new server

Hello, I am migrating my LXC to a new server, but after the migration, I have bad performance. If I create a new LXC on the new server, I have the same performance as the old one. My old server has proxox ve 6.3.6. My new server has proxox ve 6.4.1. What is happening? What can I do to solve this...
